Twyford Water Meadow

Twyford Valley Conservation worked with Twyford Heritage to support a fundraising campaign for the purchase of a water meadow in Twyford, helping to protect an important part of the local landscape for the benefit of the community.

In 2022, funds of £116,000 were raised, including Gift Aid, and Twyford Heritage made a grant to assist with the purchase of the meadow and associated costs.

The purchase was completed in December 2022, securing the future of the meadow and helping to preserve this valuable natural space within the Twyford Valley for future generations.
